Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment is a completely in-house fulfillment company with facilities located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, 180 miles north of the Twin Cities. This rural setting in the central part of the United States, Grand Rapids provides our company with competitive advantages over our urban counterparts in terms of shipping costs, availability of qualified workers and exceptional quality of life attributes, which aid in employee retention. Northern Minnesota is well known for its loyal and capable workforce, and the people that make up our employee pool are exceptional examples of those traits.
On average, Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment processes over 53 million orders per year covering over 1,500 programs on behalf of approximately 150 national and international clients. This volume represents roughly one-third of our present capacity. This means we can accommodate and welcome any size job, from the largest to the very smallest, and we administer each program completely within our facilities. This means that when the first consumer correspondence reaches our facility until it is appropriately reconciled with the end customer, it never leaves our buildings.
Our facilities occupy approximately 250,000 square feet. From our climate controlled warehouses, to our spacious production facilities and state-of-the-art computer system, we spare no expense to provide the highest quality in construction and technology for our employees, clients and suppliers. We have designed our production and fulfillment system to be both flexible and accurate in order to meet the various needs of our diverse client base. Our computer system is a network of distributed servers skillfully configured for transaction processing, data management, management information and system development.
