Checking  
 


Checking is an integral part of any fulfillment process. At Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment, we take this function very seriously. In essence, the people who perform this function are our initial "auditors" of any entry. They are responsible for reviewing each submission for accuracy, completeness and qualification prior to processing a request. Elements being validated in this department may include:

  • Program qualifying dates
  • Qualifying UPC codes
  • Appropriate proofs of purchase
  • Age and residency validation
  • And any other stated requirements for a program

We can customize any program to the clients needs. At the opening of each program, the promotion is reviewed with each checker to clarify the program requirements. All forms available to the consumer are reviewed to make sure the checking requirements are understood. At that time, qualifying UPC lists are given to the checkers for their files. As mail is received, all monies, orders and UPC's are tied out according to standards developed or endorsed by the client and validated by the checkers. Qualified requests are forwarded to our data entry personnel for further processing, while unqualified requests are delivered to our consumer service department for follow-up.
