and maintain applications that ensure your valuable information is secure,
accurate and available to you in any format you require. That is why our network
engineers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to guarantee that your
application is being cared for in the appropriate manner. All of our internal
systems are monitored to ensure they are running at optimal performance and
all applications and databases reside on state-of-the-art high-performance
servers.
At Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment, we pride ourselves on our data backup and data recovery procedures to guarantee our clients' data is secured. We take the steps to provide multiple levels of backup redundancy in case we need to recover data in the event of a disaster. All of our servers are backed-up daily using the latest state-of-the-art technology, including Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Veritas Backup Executive Version 9.0. Server data is generally sorted on multiple local disk drives as well as AIT tape media using our Robotic Tape Library. Backed-up tape is stored in an off-site warehouse daily and delivered to a branch office once per week. In case of natural disaster, this data can be recovered and either processed at our facilities or through a fulfillment house with which we have a reciprocal agreement.
All critical hardware components, including the web server and contact
center applications, are connected to various levels of UPS, ensuring power
backup redundancy. Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment utilizes a Cummins Quiet Site natural gas power generator.
This sends power to an APC Symmetra Power Array battery backup system, which
would provide over 30 minutes of power incase of a generator failure.
