The mail staff at Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment are experts in handling mail. In fact, we handle more mail annually than the U.S. Post Office in our city! That is because we feel strongly that the best way to handle a mail-dependent program is by controlling the mail first hand. We have been sorting mail in-house for over 15 years and we have found we can do it more quickly and with a higher degree of accuracy than the U.S. Postal Service acceptability standard. Our clients also benefit because we have two unique zip codes, defined exclusively for our use. This greatly reduces the likelihood of misdirected mail.
 In the Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Mail Department:
- We provide in-house mail sorting
- Mail is picked up twice daily from the U.S. Post Office
- Mail is stored in a secure area
- Two unique zip codes are available exclusively for our use
- Mail counts can be provided weekly or daily if requested
- P.O. Boxes are available for immediate assignment
In-house mail sorting provides direct benefits for our clients. First, on average our record mail (mail that is required to be opened and data captured) is sorted to the P.O. box up to two days sooner than if the mail was being sorted by the U.S. Post Office. Faster sorting equates to faster processing and improved customer service. Secondly, we can control staff levels based on mail volumes. Adding and subtracting mail sorters as needed prevents bottlenecks in our processes. Advancing the mail out of our mailroom in appropriate volumes to match incoming levels greatly improves turn times and reduces customer complaints, which saves our clients money!
