Every department at Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment has a series of checks and balances. Staff is required to follow a quality assurance protocol before advancing a request to the next appropriate stage. Our Reporting Department staff ensures that all of these checks and balances have been adhered to prior to creating a "run." A run is an industry term that refers to the order to print checks, or prepare an item for shipment. The Reporting Department works jointly with the Information Systems Department and the Accounting Department to make sure our client's programs are being administered in the intended manner. They ensure that printed rebate checks are formatted appropriately, the amounts are accurate and the number of checks matches the original request, among other things. Our Reporting Department is responsible for preparing standard weekly activity reports that include elements such as inventory levels, qualified requests, unqualified requests, duplicate requests, orders in process and orders shipped, among others. Reporting also prepares monthly invoices for active accounts.
