In a business that involves multiple sales and marketing programs running simultaneously and encompassing thousands of possible variables, it is essential to have highly qualified personnel at the helm. Our sales staff serves as our first point of contact and they continue to support the relationship throughout each program we administer by providing direct client support. If you have a problem, we fix it. If you call, we answer. Our skilled account staff ensures that program requirements are clearly defined, articulated and adhered to in accordance with your wishes. They are required to monitor every aspect of an active program and act as liaisons for both internal and external customers. Our account staff is also responsible for providing:
- Program cost estimates
- Response forecasts
- Post program analyses
- Insights into order form design and industry trends
Each Account Team includes a minimum of four people:
- an Account Vice President responsible for the overall performance and staffing of the Account Team;
- an Account Manager responsible for overseeing the client's programs;
- an Account Coordinator responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program or operation; and
- an Invoicing and Reporting Representative to provide tracking and follow-up.
Depending on the number, size and complexity of programs, additional account members are available to the Account Team. The Account Team structure ensures that there is always someone available who is intimately aware of your programs and knowledgeable enough to provide an immediate and accurate response to your questions.
