If you have answered yes to these questions, then we have a job for you! Arrowhead is looking to hire Order Processors to add to our team. We are seeking individuals who are self-starters and manage their time well. This work begins immediately for those that are qualified, and is projected to last through the end of January, with the possibility of continued employment, dependent on our work load.

This position entails verifying order submissions for eligibility of multiple companies' rebates/offers and data entering into appropriate fields.

Invoicing/Reporting Clerk
Full Time
Salaried, Non-Exempt

Summary:
Full time position, Day Shift Hours (8-4:30). Manages promotion runs, verifies output, matches client specifications outlined in the spec meetings, and audits and reports program data. Ensures transactions are processed within client required turn times. Manages the change order process thru to output to ensure transactions are processed in accordance with client specifications. Prepares activity reports and/or customized reports that report promotion performance for clients weekly or as required by our clients. Manages promotion activity including inventory balances. Audits and manages client prepaid account balances. Reconciles UPS, USPS and miscellaneous data on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis. Prepares invoices and validates line items are coded to the proper revenue accounts.
Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow-up. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be able to use a fax machine, copier, and 10-key adding machine. Must have knowledge of debits and credits in Accounting. Ability to type using a computer. Must have computer experience with e-mail, Word, Excel Spreadsheets including the use of formulas within Excel, Client Launch, and Great Plains. Microsoft Access experience preferred but not required.

Education and/or Experience:
Two-year certificate from college or technical school preferred or one year certificate with related experience and/or training

Competencies:

Oral Communication - Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions.
Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively, edits work for spelling and grammar, varies writing style to meet needs, presents numerical data effectively, able to read and interpret written information.
Leadership - Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well, effectively influences actions and opinions of others, accepts feedback from others, and gives appropriately to others.

Reasoning Ability:
Good thinking and concentration skills required. Accuracy is very important. Must have general logic working with numbers daily. Creativity a plus. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram, or scheduled form.

Minimum hourly starting wage is $12.00 an hour.
