10-Sided Fitness Dice
These fitness dice have 4 additional sides for more variety and more fun. The set includes two 7"H latex rubber dice. One die includes exercises (arm circle, crab kick, bicycle, toe touch, sit & reach, jumping jacks, body fold, sit-up, hop on one foot and push-up) and the other has even numbers 2 through 18 to indicate the number of repetitions.
