Each year we reconcile thousands of manufacturer and store-specific
coupons. All coupons are sent to us using our own unique
ZIP CodeTM for record mail (mail that is required to
be opened and verified), thus minimizing
the chance of misdirection. The staff in our Checking
department ensures that each coupon is individually
validated, counted and reconciled with
the associated coupon redemption request form prepared
by the retailer. Face values and handling fees are
confirmed and then processed by us
according to predetermined standards set by our clients.
